Jerry Lawrence is an Army veteran with 8 years of military service, including Operation Desert Storm. The discipline, mission focus, and care for fellow service members he developed in the military became the foundation of his civilian career.
After transitioning from the military, Jerry built a 25+ year career in financial services, specializing in retirement planning for federal employees. He founded Blue Skye Financial to focus entirely on the federal workforce — a community he respects deeply and understands from the inside.
Today, Jerry and the firm help federal employees across the country make confident decisions about their pension, TSP, insurance, and survivor benefits — delivering a personalized gap analysis that turns a complex system into a clear plan.
